About Me
I’m Joanne Reid, a strategic delivery consultant with deep roots in agency delivery / operations with a clear focus on helping agencies scale sustainably and deliver with confidence.
As a former Delivery Director and Head of PMO, I’ve been in the thick of agency life: managing complex portfolios, building high-performing teams, implementing toolsets, and resolving everything from resourcing bottlenecks to runaway scopes. I know what it takes to keep delivery running smoothly while supporting growth.
Following my time at Cactus as Service Delivery Managing Partner, I’ve worked directly with agency leaders to bring that experience into their businesses. I’ve supported over a dozen agencies in improving utilisation, untangling workflows, strengthening client services and pod structures, and driving meaningful, measurable improvements across delivery performance and commercial outcomes.
Whether through strategic planning or hands-on implementation, my focus is on building systems that support growth, align teams, and unlock long-term value. I work as both an advisor and a partner—bringing clarity, momentum, and a delivery backbone tailored to your agency’s next stage.
